Yes. You can either start with a Paws to Progress beginners course on its own, or join Bark N Bond Society and get a discounted beginners course as part of your membership. Then you can move straight into other classes as your puppy grows, without having to keep rebooking new courses.
Yes. All scent-based classes and outdoor classes are suitable for reactive dogs. These sessions are structured to give dogs space, reduce pressure and allow them to work at a comfortable distance from others. They are a great way to build confidence, focus and positive associations around other dogs and environments without forced interactions.
Not at all. Many of the classes are designed to build skills like focus, confidence, recall and loose lead walking. There are also controlled social walks and structured sessions to help dogs learn around others. If you are unsure what suits your dog best, you can message for guidance before booking sessions.
As often as is appropriate for your dog. Some owners come weekly, or multiple times a week – some mix and match different classes each month. The idea is flexibility and variety rather than being locked into just one course.
You can still book individual courses if you prefer. But most people find the membership works out far more cost effective, especially if you plan to do more than one type of training across the year.
Yes – you will need some basics to attend partnership grades. You can attend our beginners course, paws to progress, discounted through Bark N Bond – or full price through the website. If you have attended a beginners course elsewhere that is fine. Scent, socials, mantrailing etc do not require prior experience.
